AOL Desktop 9.7 has graduated from beta, but we do have a beta release of the GM version available from the AOL Desktop 9.7 beta page that you can download, enjoy and stand ready to participate in the next round of testing available for the AOL software.

AOL Desktop for Mac has graduated from beta to GM and is now available for download and use by everyone. If you happen to be on an earlier beta release, make sure to update as soon as possible.
This release of AIM for Windows (version 7.5) carried over your favorite features from 7.4, added new features like Google Talk integration and "drag & drop" picture sharing, and made some significant improvements to user interface based on your ideas and feedback.
If you're still using a previous beta version of 7.5, or an earlier release of AIM for that matter, we encourage you to update to the 7.5 GM as soon as possible.
AIM for Mac has now integrated some of the most popular features from AIM for Windows, like Facebook and Google Talk integration, Lifestream status sharing and "drag & drop" picture sharing; all while continuing to keep the unique look and feel that Mac users have come to know and love.
If you're on a previous version (or beta) of AIM for Mac, please make sure to update and take advantage of what this release has to offer.
